He has co-founded several successful startups, including Dynamic Yield, an AI-based personalization engine acquired by McDonald's, Cedato, a programmatic video advertising platform acquired by EX.CO, and TLV Media, a real-time bidding platform for digital advertising. Ofer’s strength lies in identifying market trends early, forming strong product and engineering teams, and taking ventures from concept to acquisition. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion and advanced degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University
